Digital Products

Because of the nature of digital files, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

File Access or Quality Issues

If you experience any issues accessing or opening your download — such as a missing link, corrupted file, or incorrect image — please contact us at gruvymann1@gmail.com. We’ll make sure you receive the correct files promptly.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your purchase was made in error or without authorization, contact us within 7 days of the order date. We’ll review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
